I'm always up for a spot of Latin, though I fear my translations always come off a bit stilted. In any case, here you are--

Whence, not a little ashamed of my vanity, if by chance someone piously reads about the Lord, or sings, or, certainly, in public discourse speaks, I will be able to force out some tears, thus immediately I applaud myself of my sanctity, as if a great and unusual miracle had arisen.
