« Is knowledge possible at all? Is it inconceivable that fact and truth be behind what we [necessarily?] think such? --That there is a big juggler in fact who pulls all the strings + laughs at us -- at what point isone to begin? with an analysis of my consciousness? Allowing that each analysis leads me necessarily to think xy+2 what is the nature of this necessity? Is is part of me? does consciousness contain it? Granting that xy+2 necessarily follow how is it demonstrable that they do so to anyone else?

« Do these necessary conclusions ever lead to ethics? Allowing that they involve a God i.e. a reasonable world movingin a certain way, do they showthat I mustact in accordance with that way rather than against it? If they show that I must duty vanishes in necessity : if they do not there is no guide(?) but my best(?).

« If duty be ultimate why does it vary? Why was it not always? + why in God + the devil's name is it crippled + blinded by ignorance? »
