Are you sure about βλεπεω? In Modern Greek, βλέπω is "to see" which fits here semantically, but it's a first declension verb (stressed on the penultimate, no contraction). I hardly know Ancient Greek, though.

I need an actual Attic grammar. I am curently using Peter Jones' Learn Ancient Greek which is lots of fun but vastly oversimplified.

I found this entry:

watch television βλέπω ή παρακολουθώ τηλεόραση

in an online Greek-English dictionary and this:

Πιστεύω ότι δεν μπορώ να βλέπω Big Brother

on a web page by searhing for βλέπω + παρακολουθώ.

βλέπειν was listed as the infinitive in an Attic dictionary. My extra ε was an accident, but I'm not really proficient enough yet to have caught it before posting. I will edit that out now. Thanks for commenting.
